Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ilm Al Quran. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Terms

Ilm Al Quran provides online Quran learning services through qualified tutors.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available to students worldwide. However, certain policies regarding trial classes differ for students residing in Pakistan (refer to Section 3).

Students must have access to a stable internet connection and necessary devices (e.g., computer, tablet, or smartphone) to attend online classes.

3. Free Trial Classes Policy

Overseas Clients: Ilm Al Quran offers 3 days of free trial classes for students residing outside Pakistan. This allows students to experience the quality of our teaching before committing to a subscription.

Students Residing in Pakistan: To filter serious learners, students in Pakistan are required to pay 299 PKR for a one-day demo class. This policy ensures our resources are allocated to those genuinely interested in learning.

Free trial classes for students in Pakistan are not offered. Students must pay the demo fee before scheduling their first class.

4. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

Tuition fees must be paid in advance according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Payment methods will be communicated during registration and may vary based on location.

Fees are non-refundable unless the academy fails to provide the promised services.

Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by Ilm Al Quran management.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful communication with tutors and staff.

Disruptive or inappropriate behavior during classes may result in termination of services without a refund.

Recording or sharing class sessions without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All teaching materials, including but not limited to video content, notes, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Ilm Al Quran and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ilm Al Quran will not be held responsible for technical difficulties arising from the student’s end, including internet disruptions or device malfunctions.

Our academy is committed to providing high-quality services, but results depend on the student’s effort and dedication.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Class recordings, if made, are solely for quality assurance and training purposes and will not be distributed externally.

9. Termination of Services

Ilm Al Quran reserves the right to terminate services to any student who fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.

By enrolling in Ilm Al Quran, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. For any queries or concerns, please contact our support team at info@ilmalquran.org.
